Shipping

  • When will my order ship?
We process and ship orders within the US within 3 business days.
However, International orders could have longer processing times.

  • Are you international?

         Yes, we ship worldwide!

  • Will there be custom fees for international orders?

Yes. All customs and duties are at the sole responsibility of the purchaser and they are not included at checkout.

  • How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs start at $6 and can go up depending on how fast you need the package and where you are located.

The best way to view our rates, is to go through the checkout process and fill in your address to see what options there are. Payment info is not needed to find out our rates.
We offer free shipping on your first order with code “Lovely”  (applies to U.S. only.)

  • Who is your shipping courier?

We currently ship with USPS.

 

 

Orders

  • Can I alter or cancel my order?

It depends. If you wish to cancel/change your order, you must do so immediately.

You may do so from the email sent to you after purchasing.
If order status is “shipped” or “waiting for carrier information” you cannot cancel order anymore. Please double check and make sure everything is correct when clicking, “Place order”

  • My order says delivered, but I didn’t receive it!

 First- Please check that the shipping address that you checked out with matches your current location. Second - check with your neighbors to make sure that they didn’t receive it by mistake. Most of the time packages are marked delivered before they actually are, so give it 1-2 days for it to arrive.

We are not held liable for any lost or stolen packages after they have left our fulfillment center, however if you still do not receive it, send us an email to Olivete.cosmetics@gmail.com and we will try our best to help track down the package.

 

Returns / Refunds

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to sanitary reasons and safety guidelines, all sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. 
  • How can I get refunded for my order?
No refunds will be available. 

 However if there is an issue with your order, you can get in contact with us at Olivete.cosmetics@gmail.com and we can help you at our best ability. 
  • Can I get a refund if items came in broken/malfunctioned ?

Yes, but please be ready to send us pictures of the damaged product, the day your order was delivered. Any damaged product(s) after delivery date will not be accepted.

Product

  • When will items restock?
The beginning of the month is when MOST of our products will restock.
Please let us know on our instagram or contact us if there is an item you are really interested in, we will do our best to accommodate restocks.
The best way to know when products restock is signing up for our newsletter, or following us on Instagram, where we will always post about restocks!

However, there will be certain items will be a one-time release, and won’t be restocked.
  • What is Vegan/cruelty free?
Cruelty-free means that the product was developed without any tests on animals, while vegan means that the product does not include any animal-derived ingredients. Not only are we trying to be kind to our planet, but be kind to your skin as well
